Family Housing
Family Housing at Texas Woman's University provides living options for married students and for single parents and their children. Married couples and single parents with a maximum of three children under the age of 18 may reside in the Lowry Woods Community apartments.
Family Housing Apartment contracts follow an academic year and/or summer term and are renewable. Vacancies are filled in order by application date and desired move-in date. The apartment application, along with the $50 non-refundable application fee and $100 deposit, must be received before a student can be considered for an apartment.
