ART 4293. Design IV: Advertising Design. Investigation, creation, and application of advertising design and the development of advertising campaigns. Creative problem solving, audience, product and client positioning, marketing, and creative strategies as applied to advertising, as well as the advertising design process. Includes creative team interaction, individual brainstorming techniques, and detailed research. Prerequisites: ART 2223 and ART 3243. Two lecture and four studio hours a week. Credit: Three hours.
