The B.A.S. in General Business is available for students who transfer into TWU with an A.A.S. degree in a business-related discipline, therefore, students with an A.A.S. degree may transfer up to 42 semester credit hours from their A.A.S. business program, in addition to any general education course semester credit hours completed, to begin pursuing the B.A.S. degree. To complete the B.A.S. degree at TWU, students will complete any additional core curriculum courses required for a four-year business degree, 36 semester credit hours in business courses, and any electives needed in order to complete the 120 semester credit hours needed for graduation; 36 upper-level semester credit hours will be required. Required business courses for the B.A.S. degree are listed below.
Any student admitted to TWU for completion of the B.A.S. in Business that decides to change majors will be required to re-apply to TWU for the degree and major desired. In such cases, technical semester credit hours transferred to TWU will be removed from the TWU transcript.
