The B.B.A. in Health Care Administration (B.B.A.-HCA) prepares you to step into professional and managerial roles in the health care industry. One of the fastest-growing industries in North Texas, health care comprises over 15% of the total demand for jobs. These jobs have a median income of over $98,000 and are in a wide variety of health care occupations. The growing influence of health care in the region means that there will continue to be demand for these jobs and opportunities for successful and rewarding careers right here in north Texas. If your professional goals include making a difference in people’s lives by working in this industry, the B.B.A.-HCA is for you!
The B.B.A.-HCA has two tracks: our HCA General Track gives you the skills that you need to work in the business of health care. If you were previously enrolled in a clinical health care program but later decided that you would prefer to work in health care administration, the HCA Clinical Track provides an opportunity for you to easily make this change by accepting your science courses as electives.
Marketable Skills
