The School of Social Work, Psychology, and Philosophy is comprised of the Division of Social Work and the Division of Psychology and Philosophy. The school is a team of educators, practitioners, and scholars dedicated to teaching a diverse population of students and preparing them for practice, research, and service in their respective fields. In addition, the School is committed to social justice, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Graduate programs offered in the school lead to the following master’s degrees: Social Work, Counseling Psychology, and Psychological Science.
A Specialist program is offered in School Psychology.
Doctor of Philosophy programs are offered in Counseling Psychology and School Psychology.
Students are placed across the DFW metroplex and the United States for their practicum and internship training.
